Looking for dedicated, enthusiastic catering staff to start immediately. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy kitchen providing assistance with general kitchen food preparation, cleaning and service duties. You must have an up to date food hygiene qualification and be prepared to occasionally work full time hours to cover holidays or staff shortage. Must be able to demonstrate a mature attitude towards cooking as our food philosophy is based on using fresh ingredients to produce wholesome dishes where the menu will be changed regularly. Some experience of working in the catering or service industry will be an advantage and preferably with an NVQ Level 1 or equivalent qualification. Flexible working hours: TBA. No late evenings/no split shifts.
